NZ MTB Cup Cross Country Wrap from Christchurch

Living Springs played host to Round two of the Nation series with changing weather keeping riders on their toe’s.

The 30-39 age group raced in bitterly cold Southerlies in the morning but Phil Patterson absolutely rode his wheels off winning his catagory by over four mintues with a sharp time of 1:40:31.

Like last week Bradley and Nick were waving the Cycleways flag in the Elite race. The weather cleared to produce a slick surface for the riders. Bradley had a great race and really showed what he is capable of finishing second, 7 seconds behind the winner with a quick time of 1:42:35.
